Sanctuary Bruny Island

Sanctuary Bruny Island is holiday accommodation in Adventure Bay, on the east-facing beach of Bruny Island, Tasmania. Its position places the beach, boat ramp and jetty at the doorstep, with views across Adventure Bay from the domes.

Accommodation is offered as either a one-bedroom dome or a two-bedroom dome. The domes can also be booked together for a small group, making the property suitable for solo travellers, couples, families or friends travelling together. The site is also within walking distance of the restaurant from which Pennicott Wilderness Journeys boat tours depart, giving guests convenient access to one of Bruny Island’s well-known wildlife and wilderness experiences.

Outdoor facilities vary by booking. The larger BBQ area and gazebo are reserved for guests staying in the two-bedroom dome, unless both domes are booked together by a small group. The one-bedroom dome has a smaller BBQ on its deck. A new TV and upgraded Starlink internet and Wi-Fi are listed as additions made in August 2025. With its beachside setting and flexible one- or two-dome arrangement, Sanctuary Bruny Island is best suited to visitors looking for a self-contained base around Adventure Bay rather than a conventional hotel stay.
