Pavilion @ Salamanca

Pavilion @ Salamanca is a Hobart sports bar built around watching live sport with company. The concept was developed by local publican Paul Jubb and his sons Rob, Kevin and James, alongside cricketing identity James Faulkner and the Brownless brothers Billy, Blair and Anson. The venue occupies the former Phat Fish bar and restaurant site and presents itself as a place where Hobart locals can meet to watch their team, event or race.
